What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We back every session with our Happy Camper Guarantee — full refund if your child doesn't want to return after Day 1. Beyond that: pre-registration is completely free and carries no obligation. Once full registration opens, you may cancel up to 20 days after registering for a full refund. We know plans change — we'll always work with you in case of illness or family emergencies.

Question 2

What should my child bring each day?

Pack a labelled water bottle and comfortable clothes they can create in (plus a change of clothes for younger campers). Send a nut-free lunch and two snacks. Please leave valuables and electronics at home — we want kids present and connecting with each other.

Question 3

How does drop-off and pickup work?

Drop-off is 8:30–8:45 AM and pickup is 3:45–4:00 PM at our Mississauga location. A staff member greets every child at the door and signs them in — only authorized adults on your registration form may pick up. Before care (7:30–8:30 AM) and after care (4:00–5:30 PM) are available with extended-care packages. You'll receive a detailed arrival guide after pre-registering.

How do you handle food and allergies?

Campers bring their own nut-free lunch and snacks each day. We can accommodate any allergy or dietary requirement when you tell us in advance — include it on your pre-registration form or contact us before camp starts. Our staff are trained on allergy protocols, epinephrine auto-injector use, and cross-contamination prevention, and we review every camper's needs before day one.

What are your staff qualifications and ratios?

Every counsellor is background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified, and experienced working with children ages 5–11. We maintain a 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio or better — well below the Ontario day camp standard. Lead counsellors have a minimum of two seasons of camp experience. Your child's safety is non-negotiable, and we staff accordingly.

What if my child has never been to camp before?

Most of our campers are first-timers — that's completely normal. We run a gentle first-day orientation, assign a buddy in their age group, and check in with quieter kids throughout the morning. Our small groups mean counsellors learn every child's name by lunch. Many nervous Monday campers are the most excited by Friday.

When is payment due?

Nothing is charged when you pre-register — you're simply holding your spot on our priority list. Full registration for March Break opens in November 2026; Summer registration opens in early 2027. Payment is due when you complete full registration to confirm your booking. Early-bird pricing applies if you register before the deadline listed on each program. We'll email you before registration opens and before any charge is made.
